The Lexington Infrared Staff can provide many services to property owners and builders, including HERS ratings for residential buildings. Infrared technology is used in all of our inspections by a certified infrared thermographer. Our clients include homebuilders, commercial property managers, maintenance supervisors, roofing consultants and contractors, general contractors, insulation contractors, green building professionals, architects, realtors, and homeowners.
Inspection reports provide our customers with digital photographs and Infrared Images detailing any inefficiency within the building envelope or on the surface of the roof. An Infrared inspection by Lexington Infrared is highly recommended for anyone who is considering the purchase of a new property, residential or commercial. Our inspections can identify energy loss, water infiltration, damaged or missing insulation, pest infestation, efficiency of electrical and mechanical systems, and much more. Inspection rates can be as low as $85 per man hour.
